• IMAP, SMTP and webmail - use the client you already like, or our webmail in the browser.
• Anti-spam and anti-virus - filtering at the gateway so your inbox stays usable.
• SPF, DKIM and DMARC setup - we help you configure the DNS records so your mail actually arrives.
• Forwarding, aliases and catch-all - flexible routing for however your team works.
• European infrastructure - all mailboxes live on servers in Germany (Hetzner).

Deliverability, done right

Sending mail that arrives is harder than it looks. We help you set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC correctly, keep our sending reputation clean, and investigate when a specific recipient domain starts rejecting messages.

Migrating from another provider

We handle migrations from Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, TransIP, Hostnet, Strato and most IMAP-compatible providers. In most cases we can copy existing mail folders so nothing is lost.

Ask us for a migration plan before you switch. We’re happy to tell you honestly if your current setup is fine as-is.

What this is not

• We don’t resell Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace licences.
• We don’t offer calendar / contacts sync as a bundled product yet - if you need that, tell us what you use and we’ll advise.
